Please specify if you would prefer a male or female therapist. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.
Cancellations
We understand things happen, if you need to cancel an appointment we require a 24 hour notice. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, 50% of the cost of the treatment will be charged. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at 310-453-9004. Thank you.
Amenities
Our locker rooms are currently closed. We will announce the reopening of the locker rooms when they become available.
When to Arrive
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you to complete our health and skin care profile. Please understand that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
Personal Property
We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
Gratuity
Our therapists take special care in providing you with individual attention and appreciate your generosity. Gratuities are not included in the cost of the treatment. The recommended standard gratuity is 15%-20%. An envelope will be provided at the front desk for your convenience.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and Willow Spa gift cards.

Gift Certificates
Willow Spa gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used toward treatments or products, (unless otherwise noted) and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Parking
Metered and street parking is available so allow enough time to find a parking space. Please read signs carefully for street cleaning days/times and restricted parking. Generally the side streets of Franklin and Berkeley are free for two hours between 9 am – 6pm. One block East of Franklin Street is Centinela Ave. and marks the border of West LA and Santa Monica, parking along this street and eastward generally has no time limit. There are also 2 hour and 4 hour meters along Santa Monica Blvd.
