Covid-19 Update: Willow Spa deeply values the health and well-being of our guests and staff. We maintain all previous health and safety precautions and will strictly adhere to updated mandates from the LA County Public Health Department:

• All staff and guests are asked to wear a face covering when visiting the spa.
• Physical distancing will be maintained and capacity will be limited.
• Locker rooms are currently closed.
• Reservations are required for personal services.
• All spa services will be automatically be booked indoors. If you would like an outdoor treatment, please contact us to let us know. Note that we have limited outdoor cabanas that are available depending on the type of service and weather conditions.

When booking online please let us know if you would like to receive your spa service ‘indoors’ ‘outdoors’ or ‘no preference’ so we can better accommodate your choice. You should also receive an email confirmation after you book online. Your appointment is not secured unless you receive an email confirmation. Please contact the spa if you do not receive an email confirmation.
