Standard shipping prices: Standard gift certificate mailing takes 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is entered into our system. Gift certificate orders only will be mailed via regular US Postal Service. If you would like delivery of your gift certificate via one of our special requested methods below, additional shipping charges will apply. Standard gift items other than gift certificates or requirements to be mailed with a gift certificate may take 7-14 business days and will be shipped via FedEx Shipping and handling costs are as follows:

Canada Shipping Information and Rates:

For all Canadian shipments, Willow Spa will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. Nor refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Willow Spa will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Willow Spa will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

International Shipping Information:

Willowspa.com will accept online orders from our international customers; however the following policies apply to any international order received via our website:

• All pricing is based on U.S. funds only.
• Your international online order may not display your correct shipping charges regardless of the method of shipping you select. These charges will be calculated and you will be informed of your final invoice amount PRIOR to shipment.
• Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions are not applicable for international orders.
• All international orders must be paid by credit card. For international credit card, please fax us the following:
  • Credit card authorization form sign by HAND
  • 1 photocopy of government issued picture ID
  • 1 copy of front and back side of your credit card
  • Scanned copy via email attachment is also accepted. Failing to do so will result in order cancellation.

• Once a package leaves our store with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in customs. Customers who are from International origin other than United States of America, you may be subject to import customs duties and taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, which are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery and are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and we do not calculate these fees at the time of order nor can we predict what they may be. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Willow Spa for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. Additionally, when ordering from willowspa.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and also customers shipping products to international destinations to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we can not be held accountable. We may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
• We will not refund any shipping cost if package is rejected and/or returned by customer or delivery failure attempts. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

International Shipping Rates:

If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout, however, please be advised that the shipping charges may not be included and/or may not display the correct shipping charge. The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via email. This rule does not apply to Canada. Shipping rates for international orders are determined by your shipping zone and either your total order or weight of the package.

As a convenience to our international clients we charge you exactly what UPS (United Parcel Service) charges Willow Spa plus $10 for packing materials.

We hope you will be delighted with your order. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on gift certificates, apparel that has been worn, items that have been used, or any skincare products unless they arrive damaged. We will however, allow returns of items that have not been opened and are returned in its original packaging. Seal must remain intact. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

In the event of damage, you must keep all original packaging, with mailing labels intact, and contact Willow Spa at 310-453-9004 or via email at info@willowspa.com immediately to schedule a damaged goods pick up for exchange for another product. Willow Spa will not be responsible for return shipping costs. You must inform us that you intend to return the item within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. Please email us at info@willowspa.com with a description of why you are unhappy with your order. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Products also must be returned in original packaging with a copy of your order receipt and the product unused. All retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Online purchases cannot be returned to Willow Spa location.

Send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please note that gift certificates and Spa Store merchandise ship from separate facilities. Thus, your order will ship separately and may not reach your recipient on the same day.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If at that time, you decide to cancel your order, we will refund your money.
