Safeguarding Personal Information

Any information you provide to us via hard copy forms, this website or Internet, by telephone or enter a contest, shop online or request information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information), is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems. This information is used to enable willowspa.com to deliver services and information about our products to you.

Our Code of Conduct requires that your information remain confidential. Even if you are no longer our customer, we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information in the same way as if you were still a customer. You have choices about how the information you have provided us may be used by us. You can direct us to have your name and address removed from our mailing list. Should you choose this option, you will not receive any future communications from Willow Spa. You may opt-out of receiving such future communications by sending an e-mail to info@willowspa.com, stating your request to be removed from our lists.

How can you access, update or delete your information?

You may access and update your Willow Spa Account Information at any time by using your User ID and password. You may have your account removed from the Willow Spa website by sending an email request to info@willowspa.com. If your account is removed, you will no longer be able to shop on the website using that User ID.

Security

Willowspa.com believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our clients. We provide stringent and effective security measures on our Web site. It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. In fact, this is a practice we recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities. We designed willowspa.com to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer.
