We are obsessed with wellness shots! The potent blend of healthy ingredients in a little shot glass gives a little boost to our body and feels amazing. After a couple of stressful and busy months, January is the month that we like to reset our bodies. Today we’d like to share our 4 favorite health-boosting shots that have become part of our wellness arsenal.     Wellness Shots Fire Shot: This one is great to boost your immunity or as a remedy for cold and flu. **Warning: you will be smelling like garlic for awhile!   Ingredients: Half a lemon Tbs of honey 1/4 inch jalapeno 1/4 inch horseradish 1 garlic clove 3/4 cups water Method: Combine ingredients and blend. Take 2-3 oz shot.
